About Kabir Foundation

A community of people building a fairer Bundelkhand.

Since 2013, Kabir Foundation has worked with under-served families in and around Khajuraho — where opportunity is thin but potential is abundant. We build learning centres, livelihoods and dignity, one village at a time.
Our Vision

A Bundelkhand where every child is educated, every woman is economically free, and every village is heard.

Our Mission

To design and deliver community-led programmes in education, livelihoods, health and civic rights — with radical transparency and long-term commitment.

Core Values

What we hold to.

01
Community-first

Every programme is designed with — not for — the communities we serve.

02
Transparency

Open books, published reports, and clear reporting to donors and beneficiaries.

03
Dignity

We work with families as partners in change, never as recipients of charity.

04
Long-term

We measure impact in decades, not photo-ops.
